Every order is inspected at the factory before it is shipped. Nothing leaves without being approved.
How the inspection works
- Approval of a sample before production: it becomes the reference for the order.
- Production monitoring.
- Pre-shipment inspection using the AQL sampling method (ISO 2859-1 standard): quantities, appearance, dimensions, function, packaging and labelling, comparison with the approved sample.
- Inspection report with photos, sent before the balance is paid.
- In the event of non-conformity: correction by the factory, then a new inspection before departure.
The required level is defined with you according to your product and your market. AQL inspection is sampling-based: it greatly reduces the risk, without guaranteeing that every single piece is free of defects.
What to do if there is a problem on delivery?
- Note your reservations on the delivery note if a parcel is damaged or missing.
- Photograph the parcels and the products concerned.
- Write to us within [TO BE COMPLETED: period] at contact@sourcetrium.com, with the order number, a description of the problem and the photos.
- We analyse the situation with you and the factory, and propose a solution in line with our terms of sale.
